Technical white collar workers in Data and Computer Science are rapidly losing their jobs to AI. But as new AI models start to plateau, it’s becoming clear what they can and can’t do. Which means that, for the time being, it will pay to have skills that can’t be automated. Skills that, I believe, are heavily cultivated in traditional Humanities degrees.
